CAPSTONE EMPLOYER PROJECT
Introduction.
Part 1
Employer Project is the future key of enhancing student mindset into directions that involves collecting data, making a decision, determine and etc. Furthermore, we are given a company. Mimos the discovery for the new economy, where their accelerative technology, advanced computing, artificial intelligence, nanoelectronics and etc are involved in for the newer technologies. My groupmates and I came up with the group name Falcon 1 and our motto is Fall seven times, stand up eight. Each of us divided our task where we have to write reports and figuring out the products which have glitches. Every week there's a task given by our lecturer and by that my groupmates and I divide the tasks. Moreover, with the right team members, the projects get more creative and adventurous with the open mindset.

What is MIMOS?

MIMOS is Malaysia's RnD (Research and Development) Corporation. Its agent is Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment & Climate Change (MESTECC). It contributes to the country by enhancing their technology department. It's being awaking Malaysian innovation by giving a hand in their technology. In their Vision and Mission, they believe that they could be the centre of research in the world and also push their technologies towards growing into the global competitive homegrown industries.
What is WPS?
A Wireless Presentation System is a media streaming device that enables one or more users to wirelessly present content from a PC, tablet or smartphone on a bigger screen, using screen mirroring technology. This technology is suitable in various collaborative environments such as meeting rooms, conference rooms, huddle spaces and classrooms
Guest Speaker
INTI International college subang jaya has invited two representative from mimos berhad to have a kick-off session for the employer project. The two representatives are DR.BOON and DR.CHOONG. They invented a new WPS which is known as RecoMedia. In the kick-off session, they were explaining on the functions of their WPS and how to operate and many more.
R&D Sector
The MIMOS, RECOMEDIA product is developed under the Big Data IoT Technology accelerator department under the R&D Sector. Dr Choong and Mr Boon Choong Foo under the following department had guided us students with the talk in Inti College.

Part 3
Kick Off Session
On the 7th of September Dr Choong KN and his assistant came down to INTI Subang to give us a talk about their product Recomedia. Where they presented about The Wireless Presentation System (WPS) and explain about the features where many of us didn't know existed in the product. In this Kick-Off, we acknowledged about Dr Choong present and us students of Inti were ready to ask questions to Dr Choong about his product the Recomedia WPS. ​
User Experience Assessment Report 1
In our report 1, we as a group had experienced a satisfying outlook and first-hand experience with Recomedia. Their product features were diverse and were able to provide a wide range of useful features that would improve the overall user experience. We as a group feel that this product has the potential with its ground-breaking ability to penetrate the existing market for WPS by exceeding expectations in most common areas of the current available WPS systems with a price that would justify the quality and product expectation. With very few drawbacks, we as a team doubt there will be a requirement for a vast improvement on current the design of the App on the PlayStore, Software and their Manual Book also updating their firmware to the latest firmware to match all the other platforms. Most importantly, adding a feature for the moderator to privatise the share screen and adding their own codes to login

User Experience Assessment Report 2
In our Report 2, it made clear to us that there are many other brands and product out there which can beat Recomedia easily by their fascinating features Like Touchback Support and Double Multiple Screen. In my findings, I learnt that the Greater the Price, the Greater the features are. The Barco, Airtame, and Startech WPS product have amazing security features that could privatise their login system by not allowing outsider who isn't presenting. For example, Barco has 4 types of level of a security system in their product. Recomedia should up their game by adding additional features like this which could attract many people to get this reasonable good product

Reco Media SWOT
Report 3A
In our Report 3a, we have discovered the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats of Recomedia. In Strength, we found the Unique Characteristics where the user-friendly is smooth, and provide clearer connections. In Weakness, we found the weakness in the software where is the app isn't up to date with the other mobile brand 'apple'. In Opportunity, what we are looking for is fewer cables and more improvements in the memory and processor. Lastly, Threats where it is nowhere close to other brands in the world with their less unique features, the device is not close to the market yet, with all their disadvantage like the outdated system. This why we have SWOT to analysis the problems we face as a consumer using this device.
WPS Application
Report 3B
In our Report 3b, we found 5 application that can be used in WPS are Entertainment, Health Care, Education, Shopping, and Security. This is where WPS comes handy for this application like entertainment, where we can use WPS to stream music and movies at home without the need to go to the mall. Health Care is where doctors can project his surgery on the screen by using the WPS, Education plays a big role for WPS where it can improve the quality of studying by using the WPS in class. Shopping in another hand could improve the sale in the business by using the WPS to advertise their product on a screen outside their shop, and lastly Security, where guards and moderate the CCTV and allow the owner to have full access on the wps when he is away or at office to see whats happening in the house
FINAL PRESENTATION
After the MidPoint Presentation, Mr Ihsan gave us some feedback on our slides and presentation, by that I have changed the slides and made it the way he wants it. Thanks to Luis and Navean for the amazing presentation and explanation to our lecturer

REFLECTION
Problems
In this project, my groupmates and I went through a hard phase of understanding each other objective of this project. One thing I learnt from this group is that you need a good leader who checks on you every week on your task and motivates you to finish it and not procrastinate it. This is where my group faced the downfall of this project where we couldn't work as a team because there was no teamwork and discussion. Luckily, before the due date of this project, everyone worked as a team and helped each and other to complete all the task that our lecturer gave us.
Skills
One of the best things I have learnt in the group project is developing a new set of skill in me. The skill I develop is enhancing my creative level in PowerPoint Slides and being the alpha in the team. What I meant by being alpha in the team is where I take control of the group project when the leader is being sluggish and slow in his work.
Knowledge
The knowledge I learnt from this project is the WPS system. I basically know how does the Software operate. In the future when I work in a cooperation or my very own cooperation, I will know how to use the system and also know which type of WPS I'm looking for in my presentation room.
